What To Expect

We are not perfect; in fact we often fall short, but if an imperfect church, with an imperfect staff, and imperfect people seems like a place where you can fit in, give us a try.

Sunday Service

Our Sunday service begins at 10:00 AM and usually lasts about 90 minutes. Services consist of music, a sermon, prayer, and an opportunity to give.  We may also have a video segment, special music, the celebration of communion, and other engaging elements and events.  From week to week there may also be a surprise or two.

Dress

We are pretty informal here, so jeans are fine.  Of course, some will wear ties and jackets and others skirts or dresses.  We don’t mind, and they don’t mind if we are in our jeans and Skechers.

Music

Many people want to know what the music is like.  If you enjoy K-Love or The Bridge FM then you will enjoy our music.  If Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Hillsong, Passion Worship Band, Casting Crowns or David Crowder are musicians you know and enjoy, then you will enjoy our music as we sing many of their songs.

Kids

We offer full programs for children from nursery through 6th grade every Sunday during the regular 10:00 AM service.  Please go to our kids page for a complete description of our opportunities for children.  There is also a full program for children during Sunday School at 9:00 AM.

Youth

Our students have their own youth service called Anthem on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.  Please go to our youth page for more information on Anthem Student Ministries.  On Sunday morning, a Sunday School class is offered.

Preaching

What’s the preaching like?  We think it is good, but then we are biased.  Pastor Rick Glowacki is our lead pastor and primary communicator.  His desire is for God’s Word to impact our daily lives.  He wants to help people, no matter where they are on their faith journey, see that the Word and ways of God can make a difference in every area of life.  His style is practical, relevant, instructional, and applicable.  If you want to get a taste of the preaching, click here.
